Do not re-use Mineral Water bottle

How to avoid: Check on the bottom of the bottle there is a triangle sign and there will be a number on it. If the number is higher than or equal to 5 --> then this bottle is safe to use. Whatever number under 5, will release the chemical. For most bottle water, the number is 1. Did you know chemical released by plastic water bottles can cause cancer (It is not the water that affecting you but the chemical releasing from the bottle)

Melamine is an organic base and a trimer of cyanamide, with a 1,3,5-triazine skeleton. Like cyanamide, it contains 66% nitrogen mass and, if mixed with resins, has fire retardant of cyromazine, a pesticide. It is formed in the body of mammals who have ingested cyromazine. It has been reported that cyromazine can also be converted to melamine in plants.

Melamine combines with cyanuric to form melamine cyanurate, which has been implicated in the Chinese protein export contaminations.

Drinking WATER on an Empty Stomach

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases: headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

Brain Damaging Habits

No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

HOTDOGS

Hotdogs are high in nitrates. The Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.

Processed meats and bacon

Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.

Doughnuts

Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer.

French fries

Like dough nuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries.

CHIPS, CRACKERS, AND COOKIES
All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Sleep is essential for a person’s health and wellbeing. We are in need of sleep as much as we are in need of oxygen. Sleep is capable of working wonders: it increases one's work efficiency, extends one's lifespan, and cures illnesses. So, one should not deprive him/herself of sleep.

Listed below are the things we must put into considerations regarding sleeping habits:

1. Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

5. Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

6. Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick.

4. Mood: Sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness. Too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do.

5. Cardiovascular health: Serious sleep disorders have been linked to hypertension, increased stress hormone levels, and irregular heartbeat.

6. Disease: Sleep deprivation alters immune function, including the activity of the body’s killer cells. Keeping up with sleep may also help fight cancer.

Fruits & the EMPTY Stomach

Do you love fruits? How often do you eat them? Are you eating those right after every meal? If yes, then you better read this one.

Fruits are an essential part of a healthy diet. These are full of antioxidants and low in calories and fat content. When eaten raw or consumed as fresh juice, these become an excellent way to retain and balance moisture level in a body. Likewise, eating liberal amount of fruits daily ensures a healthy energetic life and active life lifetime.

However, be aware that there is a correct way of eating fruits. Fruits should be taken on an empty stomach, which means that it should not be eaten after meals. If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. Fruit is the most important food. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice. Not from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.

However, eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice because the whole fruits contain fibers which act as a laxative and helps to reduce constipation. But, if you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly. Because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.
